The purpose and goal of the Utah Wood Floor Contractor's Association (the Association) is to promote goodwill among its members, the public, and the community by educating consumers, builders, architects, designers, specifiers, installers and others as to the use and benefits of hardwood flooring.

The Association seeks to raise the level of professionalism among it's members by adopting a strong code of professional business standards and ethics within our industry.

For the general public, the Association presents this website as a source for locating reputable and licensed member companies.  The Association recommends that all consumers inquire as to the fitness of any particular company for their particular job.  Many concerns and questions about hardwood flooring are answered on our F.A.Q. page.  Please feel free to contact any of our member companies listed on the Members page.

All members of the Association are required to provide proof of hardwood floor licensure, liability and worker's compensation insurance.  The Association meets on a monthly basis to discuss current trends in both our industry as well as licensing and standards.
